Food

Most of our value-added dining fare is from the food we grow, forage or locally sourced
natural products that become available throughout the season.  We fabricate these
value-added items and maintain the shelf life quality through a variety of preservation
techniques by canning, Cryovac/freezing, sous vide methods and drying that are offered
to our clients in a variety of settings.   We provide offerings to omnivores with an
emphasis on seasonal fresh produce that is prime at that time. We specialize in
locavore cuisine that reflects authentic, traditional ingredients and techniques for
traditional dishes. We also offer ethically sourced ingredients from other producers.
The dining venues we provide include informal family style service for groups, family
style wood grilled barbecue as well as small group, prix fee dining in a more formal
setting with prior arrangement.
